Social media management

Instead of hiring a social media person

We plan, make and post your content, reply to comments and messages, and come in once a month to shoot photos and video. You get a set list of work every month for a flat fee, with no hiring, training or payroll.

The kind of posts we make

Example posts: samples of the style we create. Not client work.

Hiring vs. hiring us

What changes when you don’t hire

A part-time hire gives you hours. We give you a fixed list of finished work each month, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Hiring someone

  • Recruiting, interviewing and training
  • Payroll, sick days and holidays to cover
  • Starting over when they leave
  • You still have to check their work

Samonte Digital

  • $250 setup, then $950 a month
  • A set list of posts, videos and replies every month
  • One monthly visit to shoot photos and video (San Jose area)
  • Month to month: cancel anytime, and service runs to the end of your paid month

Every month

What you get for $950 a month

  • 20 posts across your accounts, plus 4 Google Business Profile posts
  • 4 video ads, one of them an animated ad with your own logo
  • 4 short videos made from your team’s phone clips
  • 1 on-site photo and video visit (San Jose area)
  • Replies to comments and messages within 1 business day
  • Review requests to your customers, and replies to your reviews
  • A one-page monthly report

The monthly visit

Every month, Bryan comes in to photograph and film your food, space and team (San Jose area).

Setup: $250

We set up or clean up 3 accounts (for example Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile) with consistent details, photos and branding. Extra accounts are $75 each.

Your accounts stay yours

You own every account. We’re added as a manager and never need your passwords.

Ideas

What we’d post for a business like yours

Ideas for the kind of content we make. These describe types of businesses, not real clients.

A café

A short video of the new seasonal drink being made, a photo of the morning pastry case, and a post introducing the barista who makes it.

A restaurant

This week’s special, a quick clip from the kitchen during prep, the dining room set for a private event, and replies to every new review.

A plumber or HVAC company

A before-and-after of a finished job, a seasonal maintenance tip, and a short video of the team loading up for the day.

A cleaning company

A move-out clean from start to finish, a checklist post for spring cleaning, and a thank-you reply to a customer’s review.

A salon or spa

A new service explained in 15 seconds, the space on a quiet morning, and open appointment times for the week.
